Tioria Pretty Sirait is a lawyer with over a decade of experience in human rights advocacy and working in grassroots communities. Deeply committed to the principle that silence in the face of injustice is a serious wrongdoing, she has dedicated her legal career to amplifying the voices of victims and pursuing accountability for human rights violations.

She is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association and currently serves as the Deputy Coordinator of the Commission for the Disappeared and Victims of Violence (KontraS)—a prominent human rights organization established in 1998 in response to enforced disappearances in Indonesia. KontraS advocates for a democratic society rooted in human rights, free from fear, repression, violence, and systematic abuse.
