SAIRA RAHMAN KHAN
AFAD CHAIRPERSON
Saira Rahman Khan is a Professor at the School of Law, BRAC University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. She is also a Chevening Scholar with a PhD in Socio-legal Studies from the University of Kent, Canterbury, UK.

YATI ANDIYANI
AFAD VICE CHAIRPERSON
Yati Andiyani has been an advocate since 2004 at KontraS to handle cases of human rights violations. She has served as Executive Director of The Commission for Disappeared and Victims of Violence from 2017 to 2020.

CELIA LAGMAN SEVILLA
AFAD SECRETARY
Celia Lagman Sevilla is a niece of Hermon C. Lagman, a human rights and labor lawyer who was forcibly disappeared during the Ferdinand Marcos Sr.

EMMANUEL AMISTAD

Emmanuel "Misty" Amistad is a veteran human rights defender. He started his involvement during martial law as a UP student activist.

AMINA MASOOD JANJUA
SOUTH ASIA REPRESENTATIVE
Amina is the wife of "disappeared" Masood Janjua and a mother of three, has a masters in Fine Arts and is a lawyer in Pakistan. She founded the Defence of Human Rights and Public Services Trust in 2006.
